Gallivan and Galvin manifests

These two manifest above are of the Gallivan/Galvin sisters

First one is Bridget and Norah.Coming to the US in 1905 along with Norah Coffey and staying with the Coffey's in New York. Bridget and Norah later left and went back home to Ireland I was told it was because Bridget was in love with Michael Fleming.

The Second on is of Norah again this time with her sister Ellie also known as Nellie Galvin in 1911. Again staying with the Coffey family. I have yet to make a connection on whether the Coffey family are related or just friends.

On this trip both stayed and made US their home.

O'Hanlon and Hanlon manifests

The rest of these manifest are of the Hanlon that settled in Washington D.C.

Timothy Hanlon was well known and loved.

He both owned a Pub as well as a funeral home in Washington D.C.

Katie Hanlon the sister to the Hanlon brother's on this ship in 1912 was also my grandfather John.

Michael Hanlon Brother of John,Timothy, Thomas and Daniel

He was the brother that inherited the land in Causeway, Drumnacurra, Kerry Ireland that his son's family still live on.

Also on this ship was brother Daniel.

Daniel was one of the only brother that came and stayed in the US and kept his O in his name.
